GrokBot vs Hermes: Easy Team or DIY Power

As a solopreneur you wear every hat. AI agents are the closest thing to a real team that can take work off your plate.

I’ve been testing GrokBot. Same idea as role-based agents, just easier. Hermes is open source and more powerful, but it’s Linux to GrokBot’s macOS. Day to day, the phone app and the simplicity make GrokBot hard to beat.

It used to need Super Grok Heavy at $300/month. Then Pro at $100. As of now you can try it on the $30 Super Grok plan. Capacity is lower, but anyone can kick the tires.

I’m building on GrokBot and still using Hermes. Skills get dumped into Obsidian so I’m not locked into one harness. If it keeps acting like a team, I’ll keep paying.
