Treat AI Like a Power Drill, Not a Ghostwriter

Rhonda emailed asking if using AI trains models on her work, lets competitors clone her, and makes everyone sound the same.

That’s not how this works. LLMs do pattern matching. They are not photocopying you onto someone else’s site. Content you make by hand still gets more respect.

The line in the sand: use AI to organize your own thoughts and speed the mechanics. Don’t hit “write me an article on X” and paste it. That’s lazy, and it looks like it.

Speak to the customer. Share your story. AI is the power drill, not the carpenter.
